Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.

Ready-made items from stock can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and unopened. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If an item is damaged or the wrong product is delivered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will responsibly replace or resolve the issue.
